Panic and anxiety is the state of mind to have unnecessary fear of something irrelevant and irrational. Anxiety causes severe mental problems and emotional instability in persons. The people will feel uncomfortable and nervous to situations they are unaccustomed to due to lack of self confidence. Anxieties are generally caused by certain situations, places or people that the person may find difficult to cope up with. Initially anxiety may not be felt to be much troublesome but as the intensity increases the person will start to feel severe panic and anxiety disorders. These disorders will weaken the person both physically and mentally.

The life in the current world is so fast that people are getting less time for recreation and to think about themselves. The pressure on professional and personal life distorts the rhythm of life and habits of a person. Continuous work is one reason for anxiety so always take a few minutes rest to relive your pressure.

Sleeping is one of the most important processes needed for a healthy body. It gives rest to the complete systems in your body. Whatever difficulties you face always try hard to get a nice sleep everyday to prevent panic and anxiety. One of the commonly observed physical symptoms of anxiety is palpitation. The heart beat of a person becomes fast or hard all of a sudden. It is normal to have palpitation when you are anxious or done any stressful works. But if the occurrence of palpitations is frequent and becomes uncontrollable when you are having mental strain, it is advisable see a medical expert immediately. Most of the people having problems with anxiety and related issues will not like to disclose it. They will be under the impression that it is a temporary feeling and can be undone gradually. The self confidence is needed to eliminate anxiety but it may not work successfully to all people.

People start to worry unnecessarily on problems that may happen in the future financially or socially in their life. The negative thoughts and unnecessary fears are responsible for panic and anxiety disorders. The psychological therapy identifies the problems of the person and suggests methods to overcome the situation. The mind will be trained to think more positively with a vision to improve your personality. This mental attitude of a person cannot be changed with any medicine; it requires assistance from experts in psychology.
